Typical Causes

• The policy identifier is valid but unknown.
• The policy creation event has not yet been projected by Death Settlement.
• The caller used an identifier from another environment.

How To Fix

1. Verify the policy identifier and environment.
2. Confirm the policy has been projected into Death Settlement.
3. Retry after the projection exists.
