Typical Causes

• The product identifier is valid but unknown.
• The ProductCreated event has not yet been projected by Death Settlement.
• The caller used an identifier from another environment.

How To Fix

1. Verify the product identifier and environment.
2. Confirm the product has been created and projected into Death Settlement.
3. Retry after the product projection exists.
